This policy explains how Creator+Builder Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”), the operator of BIGT (“Boss, I Got This!”), handles the information you give us through this pre-launch marketing site. Today this site collects only the email address you submit to join our waitlist; we will update this policy before the product begins collecting any additional information.

What we collect
If you join our waitlist, we collect the email address you submit. We do not ask for, or require, any other personal information to join. As with any website, our hosting provider may also process basic technical data (such as IP address and request metadata) to deliver and secure the site.
Why we collect it
We use your email address for a single purpose: to send you launch updates and related product news about BIGT. We rely on your consent, given when you submit the form, as the basis for this. We do not sell your email address and we do not share it for unrelated advertising.
Where it is stored
Waitlist emails are stored with our email service provider, Resend, which we use to manage the list and send updates. Resend processes your email on our behalf under its own security and privacy practices, and your information may be processed in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep your email on the waitlist until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it, or until it is no longer needed for launch communications — whichever comes first. When you unsubscribe or request deletion, we remove your email from the waitlist.
Analytics
We may use a privacy-respecting, cookie-free analytics tool to understand aggregate site traffic. It does not track you across sites and does not collect personally identifying information.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe at any time using the one-click link in every email we send, or by emailing us at info@creatorbuilderlabs.com. You may also ask us to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live (for example, California, or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights over your personal information; we honor verifiable requests to exercise them. Contact us at the address above and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Children
This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted their email, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product develops. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above; material changes will be communicated to our waitlist by email where appropriate.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
